Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and optimization of wet process steps, including cleaning, etching, and plating, to enhance device performance and yield.
- Conduct in-depth failure analysis and root cause investigations for process drifts or yield losses.
- Collaborate with equipment and product engineering teams to qualify new equipment and implement process improvements.
- Manage chemical inventory, safety compliance, and waste disposal procedures in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Establish and monitor process control charts utilizing statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
- Document detailed technical reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process qualification reports.
- Qualify new materials and wet chemistry formulations for specific applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in wet process development within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of plating processes (electroless, electroplating) and surface preparation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with wet chemistry, chemical cleaning agents, and surface analysis tools (e.g., SEM, AFM, XPS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Experience with statistical analysis software and process control systems.
