Our organization is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Analyst (Core HCM) to join our high-performing global HR technology team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring our Workday ecosystem is optimized, scalable, and fully aligned with global HR strategy.
As a key member of our team in Paranaque City, you will lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Core HCM modules. We are looking for a forward-thinking analyst who possesses a deep understanding of HR processes and the technical acumen to troubleshoot, refine, and innovate within the Workday platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
- Translate complex global HR business requirements into functional design specifications and actionable technical configurations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday security, report writing, and calculated fields.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Payroll, IT, and HR Operations, to resolve system issues and drive process automation.
- Manage system upgrades, feature releases, and testing cycles (Unit Testing, UAT) to ensure platform stability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts while ensuring adherence to global data governance standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional guides and training materials for end-users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or Consultant, specifically within Core HCM.
- Proven expertise in configuring Workday business processes, security groups, and organizational structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience managing end-to-end Workday project life cycles, including upgrades and integration support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior management.
- Workday Pro certification in Core HCM or relevant modules is highly desirable.
