Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects for enterprise clients
- Design and configure compensation structures, job architectures, and pay-for-performance models
- Conduct gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions
- Develop testing protocols, training materials, and change management strategies
- Optimize Workday integrations with payroll, ERP, and talent management systems
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices across global delivery teams
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation experience with 3+ years in Compensation module
- Certified Workday Compensation Consultant (or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in compensation strategy design, job leveling, and market benchmarking
- Proven track record leading complex Workday projects in multi-region environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and advanced compensation rules
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
