Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and seat them at appropriate tables with a professional demeanor.
- Present menus and explain daily specials to ensure guests understand their options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks according to established service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, tables, and service stations to ensure a high-quality ambiance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Hospitality/F&B) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a neat, professional appearance are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
