Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage offerings, and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform side work, such as rolling silverware, stocking condiments, and cleaning service stations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism to ensure a positive outcome.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Food and Beverage Service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Server or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and bill settlements.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
