Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables upon arrival.
  • Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage offerings, and provide recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform side work, such as rolling silverware, stocking condiments, and cleaning service stations.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Food and Beverage Service is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Server or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and bill settlements.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor at all times.
