Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests promptly
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure timely delivery of orders with proper presentation and temperature
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve order discrepancies
- Handle cash transactions and operate payment systems securely
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
