Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive and inviting first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality with a strong service attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making accurate change.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
