Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming seating arrangement.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation.
- Accurately take and input guest orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
- Clean and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests and maintain hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with responsibility.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
