Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service to guests including order taking, food/beverage delivery, and bill presentation
- Maintain pristine dining standards through regular table clearing, restocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order execution and accurate timing
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all service points
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant/hospitality service preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong Bahasa Indonesia fluency
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and POS systems
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for customer satisfaction
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
