Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant.
- Present menus to guests and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Make recommendations for menu favorites and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area during service.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or serve food safely.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
