Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of The Harvest’s product menu to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
- Process customer orders accurately through the POS system while ensuring timely service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by the store manager.
- Ensure that all presentation displays are stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Well-groomed appearance and a strong sense of personal hygiene.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
