Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, seating them at their designated tables with a professional demeanor.
- Present menus to guests, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and service stations to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient communication.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be presentable, neat, and adhere to the uniform code.
- Must possess a valid ID and be willing to undergo background checks.
