- Provide attentive table service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout dining experience
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professional solutions
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards consistently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
