Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer professional recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform side work and station preparation to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service coordination.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or vocational certificate in Food & Beverage Services.
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle heavy trays as required.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
