Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests and facilitate their seating and dining experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to provide expert recommendations and answer questions about ingredients.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food presentation and hygiene.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and handle any requests or concerns with professionalism.
- Efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure a seamless flow of service.
- Process customer payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and service speed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating positive guest memories.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High standards of personal grooming and professional conduct.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and bill calculations.
