- Greet and seat customers promptly with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained throughout service
- Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding customer needs and special requests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
