Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service including greeting, seating, and order taking
- Deliver accurate food and beverage presentations according to hotel standards
- Process payments efficiently and maintain cash handling procedures
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/restaurant service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
