- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm professionalism
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining food presentation standards
- Monitor table cleanliness and maintain organized service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with courteous solutions
- Process payments accurately and reconcile cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Adhere to hygiene protocols and safety regulations
