Tanggung Jawab
- Provision, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments within an enterprise data center.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Implement and manage automated server deployment and patch management cycles.
- Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions that support global business applications.
- Enforce strict security protocols, including vulnerability management and server hardening procedures.
- Document technical processes, architecture configurations, and incident resolution workflows for knowledge sharing.
- Provide Tier 3 support for escalated infrastructure incidents, ensuring rapid remediation and root cause analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise server administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) operating systems.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN) and storage management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on system optimization.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, RHCE, VCP) are highly preferred.
