DTB Coffee Shop is looking for a motivated and versatile Server/Baker Assistant to join our team in Makati City. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Server/Baker Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting with basic baking and food preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness in both the dining area and kitchen, and supporting overall operations.
We offer a competitive salary of ₱17,000 – ₱25,000 per month, depending on experience. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and are eager to grow within the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, including basic baking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Ensure proper food handling and adhere to health and safety standards
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Support overall daily operations of the coffee shop
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus)
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or baking is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light loads
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
