Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and explain daily specials and ingredients with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address any needs or concerns.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and wine pairing is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
