Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver high-quality table service to guests, ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately, handling cash and card transactions with precision.
  • Coordinate floor activities as a Captain to ensure smooth service flow and team collaboration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations according to health and safety standards.
  • Provide menu recommendations and upsell promotional items to enhance guest experience.
  • Resolve guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
  • Proven work experience in a restaurant, cafe, or similar hospitality setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong integrity and attention to detail, especially when handling financial transactions.
  • Physically fit to stand and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
