Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality table service to guests, ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately, handling cash and card transactions with precision.
- Coordinate floor activities as a Captain to ensure smooth service flow and team collaboration.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations according to health and safety standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell promotional items to enhance guest experience.
- Resolve guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven work experience in a restaurant, cafe, or similar hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong integrity and attention to detail, especially when handling financial transactions.
- Physically fit to stand and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
