Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking for an exciting opportunity in one of Singapore's most iconic landmarks? SkyDining, the exquisite rooftop restaurant and bar located on the 6th floor of the National Gallery, is seeking talented individuals for the positions of Server, Captain, and Supervisor. We offer a vibrant and upscale work environment with breathtaking city views.

As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in delivering memorable dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading service teams, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of food and beverage service. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

This full-time position comes with an attractive salary package of $3,000 to $3,500 per month, plus an annual bonus. We also provide company transportation for your convenience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience at our rooftop bar and restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team during shifts to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
  • Train, mentor, and support new and existing staff on service standards and best practices.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee timely and accurate service.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant, bar, or lounge.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages an advantage).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail expertise.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.
  • Relevant certification in hospitality or F&B management is a plus.
