You'll process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently, ensuring financial accuracy and security for every transaction. Beyond payment processing, you'll provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting overall dining operations. - Process all forms of customer payments accurately using company POS systems
- Adhere strictly to cashier ethics, security protocols, and reconciliation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during payment transactions and general interactions
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure cleanliness of workstation
- Assist in resolving customer payment-related inquiries or discrepancies
- Perform end-of-day cash register balancing and report any variances
- Support front-of-house operations during peak hours as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous cashier or server experience in hospitality or retail setting
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Proven integrity and reliability in handling financial transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
