Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Operate the POS system to process payments, manage cash drawers, and issue receipts correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout the shift.
- Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with any dietary inquiries or special requests.
- Ensure high standards of service are met to enhance guest satisfaction and promote repeat visits.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment is preferred.
