Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently to customers
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders and handling payments
