Rahi Systems is seeking a dedicated Server Delivery Specialist to support our data center operations in Karawang. In this critical role, you will manage a dynamic warehouse and distribution center for one of the world's leading tech multinationals. You'll oversee the tracking, handling, and timely delivery of computer assets and peripherals, ensuring that every piece of equipment reaches its destination flawlessly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming server equipment and peripherals against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Manage warehouse inventory of computing assets and maintain real-time accuracy using inventory management systems.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of hardware to internal teams and external clients within the data center campus.
- Prepare orders for deployment, including staging, labeling, and basic quality checks.
- Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, and data center engineers to ensure seamless material flow.
- Record and track asset movements, generating reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures in the warehouse and distribution area.
- Support periodic physical audits and cycle counts to maintain asset accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations (data center experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with handling computer hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment) and peripherals.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 20 kg with or without assistance.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Karawang and adapt to shift schedules if needed.
