Averis Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented and experienced Server Engineer to join our dynamic IT team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our critical server infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, and backup systems.
You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our IT services. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of enterprise server technologies and a commitment to excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage Active Directory and Azure AD, including user/group management, Group Policy, and federation.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments across physical and virtual platforms.
- Manage and monitor backup systems and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Provide 3rd-level support for server and infrastructure incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform system patching, updates, and configuration changes in accordance with change management procedures.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to implement infrastructure improvements and security best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Server Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Exchange.
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, or similar).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and security fundamentals.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
