Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service to guests including order taking, food/beverage delivery, and timely check-in
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service equipment
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or special requests
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and service standards established by the hotel
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid food handler certification preferred
