Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of our coffee and food items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards.
- Process payments efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in restocking supplies and keeping the service station organized.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Server or Waiter in a hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
