- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table management and personalized interactions
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems while maintaining financial accountability
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies and preparing service stations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Proficiency in POS systems and order management software
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude with commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
