Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, attentive service to guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Master the art of Japanese-style grilling, ensuring precision, temperature control, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu to provide expert recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Execute mise-en-place and kitchen preparation tasks efficiently before and during service.
- Ensure all workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle POS systems and payment transactions accurately while managing table turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a restaurant, cafe, or high-end dining establishment.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
