Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with professional etiquette and product knowledge
- Accurately process food/drink orders and communicate with kitchen/bar teams
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make informed recommendations
- Ensure table cleanliness, proper setup, and timely service rotations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and support staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to hygiene standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic food safety and beverage knowledge
- Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
