- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Efficiently operate POS system and manage cash transactions
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and food items according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell products and promote café promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical accuracy for cash handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for standing and multitasking
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
