Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food presentation, and beverage service
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery and special requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in opening/closing procedures and deep cleaning routines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for customer service
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
