Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages according to established presentation standards and service timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Upsell products effectively to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of wine and food pairings, with the ability to make recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
