Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take orders accurately and ensure prompt delivery of products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the service area and dining space.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a proactive attitude.
- Ensure inventory levels are stocked and assist with daily outlet maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, fast-learner, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in spoken Indonesian; basic English skills are a plus.
- Well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive mindset.
