Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, and offer professional food and beverage recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables with care, ensuring order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Neat appearance and a professional demeanor.
