Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain server racks and associated IT equipment
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and debugging of server systems
- Ensure proper cable management and organization within server racks
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventive measures on server infrastructure
- Document all installation and maintenance activities according to company standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Adhere to safety protocols when working with electrical and networking equipment
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience with server rack installation and configuration
- Knowledge of server hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with network cabling and structured cabling standards
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and diagrams
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and move server equipment (up to 20kg)
- Valid work permit for Singapore (if applicable)
