Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and manage the seating chart to optimize dining room flow.
- Handle phone inquiries and manage the reservation system with high accuracy.
- Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, and provide thoughtful recommendations to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently, ensuring all guest needs are met throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere in both the reception and dining areas.
- Process customer bills and handle cash/card transactions through the POS system accurately.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional personality.
- Ability to multitask effectively, switching between reception duties and floor service seamlessly.
