MCi Career Services is seeking a detail-oriented Server Test Technician to join our high-performing production team in Tampines. In this role, you will be the frontline defender of quality, responsible for the rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization of complex server systems and PCBA components.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive functional testing and debugging of server systems and PCBA assemblies.
- Utilize Python and C++ scripts to automate test sequences and identify hardware anomalies.
- Analyze diagnostic data to pinpoint root causes of failures and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- Monitor and improve production yield rates through precise hardware adjustment and firmware updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues during the production lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate logs of test results, maintenance activities, and equipment calibration status.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality management system (QMS) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in server hardware testing or PCBA troubleshooting is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of programming languages including Python and C++.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, datasheets, and blueprints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for minute details.
- Effective communication skills to relay technical findings to non-technical production staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
