Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process efficiently.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to the guests' tables.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
- Address guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to maintain operational readiness.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate; Vocational or College degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter or Server in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and a team player.
- Knowledge of Japanese dining etiquette is an advantage.
