Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to ensure optimal flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks to guests, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Actively monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs and refill drinks.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including wiping tables and polishing cutlery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a smile.
- Clean and reset tables quickly between service periods to maximize turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar food service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays with ease.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of menu items and beverage pairings is a plus.
