Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Present menus to guests and answer questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining proper table settings.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter, server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English is a plus.
