- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, seating them promptly.
- Present menus, describe food and drink items, and answer any questions about ingredients or preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served on time.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or in a similar role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
