Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu recommendations and answer questions regarding ingredients or preparation.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Consistently check on tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino/Cebuano.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Friendly, proactive, and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols is a plus.
