- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns or special requests
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service equipment
- Contribute to team collaboration during peak hours and special events
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
