- Greet, seat, and provide attentive service to restaurant guests
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining food quality standards
- Manage table cleanliness and maintain dining area hygiene
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as a server or in food service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
