- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table service and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before, during, and after service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in server, waiter, or waitress roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent product knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
- Service-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate guest needs
- Problem-solving skills for handling challenging situations calmly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment during high-volume periods
- Basic understanding of POS systems and payment processing
