- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders to tables with impeccable timing and presentation standards
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address needs proactively
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant/hospitality experience preferred but not required
